Common questions
Can you access my iCloud journal?
No. If you enable iCloud sync, your journal is stored in your private iCloud database under your Apple ID. We cannot access your private iCloud data.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple’s iOS Settings. Apple handles payments and refunds.
Do I have to use cloud AI?
No. Cloud AI features are optional and only run after you agree in the app. You can turn them off in Settings at any time.
